Refund Policy

At Grocery Performance, we provide high-value, proprietary operational strategies and data-driven consulting. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with California legal standards.

1. Cancellation Policy (California "Click-to-Cancel" Compliant)

In accordance with California’s Automatic Renewal Law, we make it as easy to leave as it is to join.

  • Same-Medium Cancellation: If you subscribed to the Accelerator program online, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Dashboard with a single click.

  • No Obstacles: We will not require you to call a representative or engage in a lengthy "retention" process to cancel your online subscription.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all monthly videos, calls, and resources until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made to your account.

2. Refund Policy for Subscription Services
  • Digital Content: Because access to our "Best-in-Class" video library, case studies, and proprietary action items is granted immediately upon payment, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • Annual Reminders: For members on an annual plan, we will send a reminder notice via email 15 to 45 days before your renewal date. This notice will clearly state the upcoming charge and provide instructions on how to cancel if you choose not to renew.

3. Professional Services & Custom Reports

Our Benchmarking Reports and 1-on-1 Consultations involve custom labor and proprietary data analysis.

  • Benchmarking Reports: Once data collection has begun or the 4-page report has been delivered, the service is considered "custom goods" and is non-refundable.

  • 1-on-1 Consultations: You may reschedule your session at no cost with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours or "no-shows" are non-refundable as this time was specifically reserved for your store’s strategy.

4. Price Transparency & Material Changes
  • Notice of Fee Changes: If we change the price of your subscription, we will provide you with a clear notice via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. This notice will include a direct link to cancel if you do not agree to the new rate.

  • Material Changes: Any significant changes to the "12-month Curriculum" or service delivery will be communicated to you in writing, allowing you the right to cancel before the change is implemented.

5. Technical Errors & Billing Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge), please contact our support team at jt@groceryperformance within 30 days. We are committed to resolving unauthorized or erroneous charges promptly.
